Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel existing bookings. Contact support@vacayi.com about any bookings first.
What happens to your information
Deletion removes your sign-in account and personal profile data, including preferences, saved passengers, saved trips, passport vault and travel form records. Some information is retained, including booking, payment, refund and reward records for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, shared trip content, and copies in backups and logs until they expire. Our Privacy Policy explains the full deletion and retention details.
Need help or cannot sign in?
Email support@vacayi.com with the subject Delete my account. We will verify that you control the account before deleting it. If you have also used another sign-in method, or need uploaded files or a public planner profile removed, mention that in your request.
